In Somatic Melting, I guide you back into relationship with your own body, where the intelligence of your tissues begins to speak again.

Research shows that somatic practices reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, and deepen body awareness, creating real shifts in how you experience your body day to day. Jennifer Reis is senior faculty of Kripalu Center and the Kripalu Schools with 30 years of yoga teaching experience. She is the creator of both Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, and Liscensed Massage Therapist LMT.

Her Online Studio and global community have been a steady home for thousands of students for many years, offering practices that nourish the nervous system, restore energy, and invite deep rest and renewal. Jennifer is known for weaving together embodiment, elemental wisdom, and compassion in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and deeply restorative.
