Weāll begin our journey together with cleansing breathing and practicing Seashell Mudra to center your energy. Then, resting and receiving within your āyoga nidra nestā of blankets, pillows, and comfort that you create at home, Iāll lead you to connect with your Heartās wish, followed by sensing through your whole body.
Through the process of surrendering tensions in your body and mind you will become the observer of your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to rest and retreat fully. Wandering on the beach of palm trees, flowers, and windchimes and waves, you see yourself joyous and free! Choosing a seashell for deeper healing, you rest on the beach, guided to feel healing energy in the sacred healing points of your body on the energy meridians. You will feel refreshed and renewed.
